Photographer Chus Antón scoured the British capital’s streets following in the footsteps of a whole host of groups and artists who have contributed to the history of pop music. The result is a magnificent book that you can support through crowdfunding. She has also matched a soundtrack to the book especially for visualMAG.

This is Here, London is my way of touring London, as a fan. You feel a certain sense of magic when you’re standing in the same spot that marked an event in the history of music. A few of the locations I visited to make the book also make an appearance in these videos. Some haven’t changed, like the kiosk where The Slits played in Regent's Park, or the tunnel of Dead End Street. The Human League's house isn't there anymore but the corner is clearly recognisable.

Typical GirlsThe Slits

(Keep Feeling) Fascination - The Human League

PanicThe Smiths

Jumpin' Jack Flash - The Rolling Stones

Dead End Street - The Kinks

Late In The Day - Supergrass

Saturday Night - Suede

A Hard Day's Night (opening) - The Beatles
